If
you can trace your Polish immigrant ancestors to Detroit in
the late 1800s or early
1900s, you can learn a tremendous amount about them just by
reading. There are some excellent books available that give
information about these "Pioneer Poles".
If Polish genealogy is your interest, you can't go wrong adding
these books to your personal library.
If you'd like to learn about the history of Sweetest Heart
of Mary Church but don't have the time to read,
you can purchase audio tapes from the church Gift
Shop. All proceeds go to the Sweetest Heart of Mary
Restoration Fund. These tapes will be of special interest
to genealogists as they describe in detail the beautiful art
and architecture that make up Sweetest Heart of Mary
Church.
